Processing & Shipping 

We graciously ask that you allow up to 5 business days for processing and an additional 2-3 business days for your products to be delivered. *Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.


You may receive an email that your order has shipped and notice that it states "Pre-Shipment", we will usually print shipping labels early in the fulfillment process, don't worry, we are still working on your products and you will see updated tracking information once your order has reached the shipping facility.


Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.  

If your order is damaged, defective, or you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please send us an email at with your order number and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours and happily work with you to find a resolution. If item(s) are damaged/defective please also send a photo of the item(s).
